The American Immigration Council released a guide that provides brief answers to common questions about United States v. Texas, the case challenging President Obama's executive actions on immigration, including what is at stake in the case, how the litigation began, what the contested issues are, and what impact the case may have on the country. Oral arguments in the case will take place on Monday, April 18, 2016, before the eight sitting U.S. Supreme Court justices.
