National Law Review: EB-5 Industry Speaks with One Voice on Renewal and Reauthorization

The National Law Review reports that on Tuesday the leading EB-5 stakeholder groups, including AILA, sent a letter to key Senate and House leaders in support of extending the EB-5 Regional Center Program, which is set to expire on September 30, 2016. The letter highlights support for integrity measures, Targeted Employment Area (TEA) policy changes and monetary differentials, reductions in the processing backlog, effective date policies, and a permanent extension of the Regional Center program.
