DOL's Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) provided statistics on H-1Bs as of March 31, 2016, including the number of labor condition applications (LCAs) received and processed, as well as the top occupations, states, and employers of worker positions certified. DOL also provided statistics on H-2Bs, H-2As, prevailing wage determinations (PWDs), and the PERM program for the second quarter of FY2016.
