AILA submitted comments in response to the USCIS interim policy memorandum on requirements for signatures on petitions, applications, and all other documents filed with USCIS, published on June 7, 2016. Among other things, AILA requests that USCIS clarify language that pertains to the acceptance of photocopied signatures and who must sign a request or document submitted to USCIS.
